For users who have subscribed to our premium services, we limit our total liability to the total subscription amount paid by the user. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, please contact our customer support team to discuss your concerns.
In situations where funds are taken for non-electronic services or tangible products, refunds are limited to merchandise that is returned in the same condition within 15 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to receive return instructions.
All electronic or digital purchases are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital and electronic products, all sales are final. No refunds will be offered for any services already rendered or for any digital media that has been downloaded.
Services can be canceled for any services not yet received. However, any digital or electronic products that have been downloaded, and any services that have already been rendered, are considered final sales and are not eligible for refunds.
